Luna reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.

4. Booking ServicesCustomers can book one or multiple services at a time. Service availability depends on location, selected time slot, and provider availability. Booking is confirmed once a provider accepts your request.
5. Service ProvidersService providers listed on Luna are independent professionals. While Luna verifies credentials to the best of its ability:
Luna does not guarantee the quality or outcome of services.
The execution of services is the sole responsibility of the service provider.
6. Scheduling & AvailabilityCustomers can choose flexible time slots during booking, while providers manage their own schedules. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. CommunicationLuna provides an in-app chat feature for communication between customers and service providers. Misuse of this feature, including abusive or inappropriate behavior, may result in account suspension.
8. TrackingCustomers can track their assigned service provider in real time after booking confirmation. Tracking information is approximate and may vary due to technical limitations.
9. PaymentsPayments must be completed through the app using supported payment methods. Luna is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party gateways.
10. Cancellations & RefundsCancellation policies may vary depending on service type and timing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per Luna’s cancellation policy. No-shows may incur cancellation charges.
11. User ResponsibilitiesEnsure a safe and suitable environment for doorstep services.

Report any issues through the app or customer support.
12. Limitation of LiabilityLuna is not liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction arising from services.
Luna shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
